Here is a simple cake I made for Thanksgiving a couple years ago. It was very easy to make and I just decorated it with kumquats, raspberries, nuts and lime leaves. The icing is lumpy, but if I hadn't been lazy I would have smoothed it out with damp paper towels. And now you know what my dining room table looks like.Monday, June 01, 2009
Simple Cake I Made
