My dad had to have been really drunk last night. Thanks to reader Heather, I now know what this magnificent cheese, Epoisses, really is.

I LOVE that book. That's the book I was referring to in the title. It's so funny. Little kids love it too.
Now I'm going to have to stop by Murray's and buy some of that cheese! I'll probably buy a lot more other cheeses while I'm there, as I am a real cheese lover. I think I'll volunteer to bring the cheeses to Thanksgiving dinner.
Mmm...Epoisses. Along with its cousins, my favorite cheeses. It's fun to see the look of surprise on people's faces when I tell them to try it - and no, they're not allowed to smell it first! (I work in a cheese shop. I get to feed people things that smell like feet. It's a good job.)
