Pea Salad: It Really Exists People
Complete with paper table cloth. My mother even sprinkled paprika on top for decoration. Anyone want the recipe?

Wow. Gross.
No offense to your dear mom, but that looks like what my dogs do after consuming chocolate.
I'm gonna say no right now, but if I ever need a fresh new "vegetable" idea to spice up dinner, well you know I'll come a'knockin.
I will tell you right now, I went to a K&W cafeteria, which I adore, but they had "Green pea salad" which looks exactly like that picture you posted. And I'm in NC. It exists everywhere! Scary....
Our variation that my mom forces me to do every year (because it's family tradition) is creamed peas with mushroom caps. everyone from the outside who sees it looks at it like some insane person put it there.
